We currently ship exclusively within the European Union, except to Malta. Orders placed from other regions cannot be fulfilled.

5. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
The tracking number is automatically provided after the shipping label is created, and you can follow your parcel online at any time.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, refusal, or non-collection, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
